Step 2: How to Measure Yourself


  • Take a picture of yourself as you are right now – front, back, sides (left and right). Don’t worry, this is just for you!
  • Record your measurements – Bust, Waist, Hips, Thighs (left & right), Arms (left & right)
  • Weigh yourself after you’ve been to the loo and be prepared to say “goodbye” to your start weight
  • Embrace the feeling of joy as you begin on your path to success

We know that right now, measuring your starting point might sound discouraging. But we want to remind you that this is only one chapter in your story.
